The best way to avoid them is to remove them from your house and make sure that you do not buy any of those foods from the supermarket. 6. Fuel your body with water. Our body is like an engine that needs fuel. The fuel in this case is water. The more water you can drink everyday the better. Water is vital for the proper functioning of many body organs (liver) and can also keep your stomach full and away from consuming calories. Water does not contain any calories so it does not add anything to your daily diet.
