Even though you want to mix up your routine, starting every workout with a brisk walk will get your blood pumping and adrenaline going, along with warming up your muscles. Start by brisk walking about 5-8 minutes, then move on to your other chosen exercises to lose weight, which could be:

 A good combination of the above daily exercises to lose weight should have you on your way to weight loss success in no time. Persistence will pay off. Keep at it everyday, get your heat rate up at each and every workout. Adding rhythmic music to your routine can usually help with motivation when doing exercises to lose weight.
